I provide both in-person &/or tele-health sessions.  If you prefer to connect through tele-health, I use a secure, encrypted tele-medicine program (SimplePractice) & you will be provided a unique link to connect with me from a distance.

I am certified through PsyPact , the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) which allows psychologists to practice across state lines, either temporarily in person or via telehealth. PSYPACT aims to improve access to mental health care, especially in underserved areas.  Please check to see whether your state participates:
